LANDEX is programmed and supported by Optical Storage Solutions, Inc. based in Lebanon, Pennsylvania.  The software is designed to record, image, index and search land records in county government.  Full accounting capability is integrated within the software.

At present there are 27 installations of LANDEX, 24 in Pennsylvania, 2 in New Jersey and 1 in New York.
