Optical Storage Solutions, Inc. (OSS) designs recording and imaging software for Recorder of Deeds, County Clerks, Register of Wills, Surrogates, and Clerk of Orphans' Court offices in county governments.  OSS performs all aspects of the hardware and software installation and provides ongoing training and technical support.  Current installations are in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.

LANDEX-Land Record Information and Imaging Management System is a product of ongoing success and continued development.  From our beta site in 1993 to our most current installation, we have provided a proactive approach that is welcomed by executives, recorders, staff and the using public.  Our successful formula of flexibility in meeting specific customer programming and service needs is indicative of our corporate and individual philosophy - "Provide the best solutions available and GUARANTEE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION."

Optical Storage has been in business since 1981 first as a computer purchase and installation company and then migrating to the field of data storage.  The subsidiary company, A/K Computers, maintains client computer systems by performing upgrades, installing new computer systems and networks, and providing support for equipment and users.

Through our many installs in Recorder of Deeds Offices, some of the smaller counties have a dual role including Recorder of Deeds, Register of Wills and Clerk of Orphan's Court.  

Two other companies are affiliated with OSS by providing marketing support.  These are NTS Data based in Niagara Falls, New York and IMR Limited based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
