Attention all BUCKS County Remote Users:  

Beginning February 1, 2012 

Bucks Counties will be changing the pricing for Landex Remote to .10/minute and .05/per page loaded.

THUMBNAILS!! 

Landex Remote now offers Thumbnail view of the document pages.  This feature allows the user to view each page of the document before being charged .05 for that page. 

If the Get Thumbnails button is selected, thumbnails of the loaded page will appear in the box on the right.  The thumbnail is a reduced image of the selected page and is for viewing only.  While the pages are not large enough to be read, you will be able to differentiate between pages.  This will allow you to be able to find and select specific pages before purchasing.

 Features include:  

  • No more serial number.  Employees may now use the software on multiple computers, all using the same User ID, all at the same time. 
  • First Name.  A First Name field has been added to narrow your name list.
  • Account statement.  An account statement may be printed at any time from the Connect Screen.  Click on Account, Get Account Statement.
  • County List Changes.  Right click on the county list to update the list of subscribed counties, add or remove counties from the list, and to change the order of the counties.
  • Image Toolbar.  A toolbar has been added to the image screen.  This will make zooming, printing and advancing pages much easier.
  • Speed improvement.  County connections are much faster thus making searching and image retrieval much quicker.
  • Thumbnail view.  View document in thumbnail format before being charged for the page (.10/.05 counties).
