County governments throughout Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey utilize LANDEX software to manage records for the Recorder of Deeds, Register of Wills, Clerk of Orphan's Court and County Clerk offices. Through a partnership with LANDEX a number of counties make their records available via remote access.

Remote access provides search and retrieval capabilities from computers with internet access. The search criteria, features, and keystrokes are identical to the document retrieval methods used when accessing records in-person at the County offices. Search results may be viewed on the screen and/or printed to a local printer.

LANDEX offers two remote access options:

LANDEX REMOTE - For users who conduct frequent searches of records. A Windows based application that provides a more robust searching experience with time & page based billing. WEBSTORE is recommended for MAC users.

LANDEX Remote Features

The LANDEX Remote software provides all document search and retrieval functions for PCs with Windows operating systems. Once the software is installed, users create a debit account and select which counties to access records. LANDEX Remote provides access to County documents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
